Beneficial is a Central Valley housing landlord for referring agencies (PHA, VA, SSVF, Coordinated Entry, county, ARF, and SLS referrers). We house people. We do not treat, license care homes, or bill Medicare.
Who emails us
PHA occupancy staff. VA homeless and HUD-VASH teams. SSVF navigators. Coordinated Entry. County housing staff. Adult residential facilities (ARF) and supportive living services (SLS) referrers who need a landlord for someone ready for their own lease.
We are not an ARF. We are not an SLS provider. Care stays with partners. We take the lease; they keep the services. Program language and referral paths for agencies also live on Partners.

Are you a care facility?
No. Beneficial is a housing landlord. We do not treat, license community-care homes, or operate as a care facility.
Do you provide ARF or SLS?
No. ARF and SLS agencies may refer someone who is ready for their own lease. Those agencies keep the services; we take the lease. We are not an ARF and not an SLS provider.
